Driving to Work After a Long Break

Driving back to work after a long break? Here are our top tips for you to remember

Personal issues:

1. Don’t be afraid when you move out. Fear is our worst enemy and if you are afraid of anything, it becomes impossible to function properly.

2. If you have kids at home, make sure you have an adult to keep an eye on them at home. If this is not possible, try working 2-3 days a week from home. This way you and your spouse can alternate.

Transport issues:

2. Check the vehicle battery and make sure it is running smoothly
3. Check car tyres and ensure pressure is correct as per summer
4. Top up coolant levels
5. Do an oil and filter change before you hit the roads
6. Make sure that your car registration is renewed

3. AED 3,000 fine for all those who fail to wear a mask in public
4. AED 5,000 fine to company owners who fail to ensure that employees are wearing their masks
5. AED 500 fine to each employee who fails to wear a mask inside the office space
6. AED 5,000 fine to be issued to companies or centres that fail to implement precautionary measures (maintaining an appropriate social distance between people)
7. AED 1000 plus six Black points for throwing away masks

Safety issues:

1. Try and park your car in the shade, we are into peak of summer
2. Do not leave presurrized containers or perfumes in the car as these can explode
3. Do not leave disposal gloves or sanitizer in your car as these can catch fire easily.
4. Do not clean your car keys using sanitizer
